Slitter Operator

Bema, Incorporated a recognized leader in the flexible packaging industry is looking for an experienced Slitting Operator for Second Shift (4PM-2 : 30A) with a proven track record in supporting a fast-paced organization. Bema encourages innovation from its associates, employs the latest technology and has aggressive expansion plans.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ability to set up and run slitter.
• Read work orders and follow instructions accurately.
• Conduct quality checks and ensuring high quality output of product.
• Meet production goals as related to run rates and waste.
• Ability to do basic math calculations.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Meet and exceed set quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
