[job_card.job_description]Full-time, Monday through Friday 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Leading-edge technology Opportunities to expand your skillset A collaborative, supportive environment where your work truly makes a difference High school diploma or equivalent Certification as a Dental Assistant Strong verbal and written communication skills Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active) 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate (required by California Dental Board) California Dental Practice Act Certificate Proof of current immunizations and TB screening Fluency in another language is a strong plus Familiarity with dental terminology, and procedures Previous experience in healthcare or a customer-facing role Coordinate Preventative Dental Evaluations using tele-health platforms Collect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist review Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions Maintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
