A company is looking for a Senior Self Pay Operations Specialist responsible for overseeing and optimizing the self-pay collections process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage self-pay accounts receivable to ensure proper account progression
Handle bad debt management, including inventory and vendor requests
Prepare and analyze reports on self-pay aging performance for leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of revenue cycle processes
