Jabil is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Manager to work in Salisbury, NC.

How will you make an impact?

The Senior Inventory Control Manager will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

What will you do?

• Ensure accurate inventory levels, efficient stockroom and shipping processes, and alignment with corporate supply chain strategies.
• Manage all aspects of inventory control, including accuracy, cycle counts, physical inventories, and reporting.
• Optimize warehouse layouts, stocking strategies, and the use of technologies like RFID.
• Ensure compliance with Jabil policies and operational standards.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and product transfers from other regions or customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to address issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage logistics operations at all of our US sites, including shipping, receiving, and returns processing.
• Solicit ongoing feedback from Workcell Manager (WCM), Business Unit Manager (BUM), peers and team members on team member's contribution to the Workcell team. Provide ongoing coaching and counseling to team members based on feedback.
• Establish clear measurable goals per site and the region. (i.e. operational metrics, results against project timelines, training documentation, knowledge of operational roles and responsibilities).
• Define, develop and implement an Inventory Control strategy, which contributes to the regions strategic directions.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
