Entry-Level Logistics Analyst

We are seeking an Entry-Level Logistics Analyst to join our Warehouse and Logistics Department. Reporting directly to the Department Manager, this is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn and grow in supply chain and logistics. The role will provide exposure to inventory management, reporting, and logistics coordination while offering professional development in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Support logistics team with day-to-day operations, including inventory tracking, shipment updates, and vendor communication.

Maintain and update reports using Excel to analyze warehouse and distribution data.

Assist with reviewing shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, supply chain) and external logistics providers.

Provide administrative and project support to the Department Manager.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (recent graduates welcome).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting).

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
