Status : Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Your Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in alignment with resident care plans

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Observe residents and report changes promptly

Maintain timely, accurate documentation

Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families

Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, not required

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to teamwork
