Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with cardiovascular conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health and preventive measures
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment effectiveness
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiology

Requirements

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p

No call or weekend requirement

Setting : Inpatient and outpatient

Patient Census : 25 per day

Responsibilities : Pre and post-procedure care with follow-up responsibilities

EMR : Epic

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
