Location : Brownell Talbot College Preparatory School, Omaha, Nebraska.
Position Type : Full-Time; 12 months
Work Schedule
August - May :
Set schedule Monday through Friday, 12 : 30 pm - 6 : 30 pm
Ten (10) hours per week of flex time (includes weekend hours as needed)
June - July :
Summer Camp schedule Monday through Friday 8 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm
Extended summer hours 12 : 00 pm - 5 : 00 pm

We’re seeking an energetic, organized, and student-centered Auxiliary Programs Coordinator to lead our extended care and summer programs, support youth athletics, and help shape a vibrant, inclusive community for children ages 3–14.

Position Summary
The Auxiliary Programs Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing the extended care program (including before- and after-school care), coordinating summer camps, and supporting various aspects of the summer program. Additionally, the Coordinator oversees Brownell Talbot Youth Sports Organization (BTYSO) programming, including scheduling practices and contests, supervising events, and representing the school in community athletic leagues.

As the Auxiliary Programs Coordinator, you will :
Coordinate, prepare and supervise all BTYSO activities
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Brownell Talbot extended care program
Assist the director in all aspects of summer camp and programming for students.
In coordination with the Directors of Auxiliary Programs and Athletics, assist with the hiring and supervision of staff.

Minimum Requirements
Education, Knowledge, Training, and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in youth programming, recreation, or logistics.
CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A collaborative spirit and a passion for working with children.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the day.
