Very low deductible. $1,200 / month vehicle allowance plus a company card for expenses. Strong discretionary bonus based on company performance. Senior Project Manager
Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The lead on a particularly large project ($45M) upon starting. Mentor more junior members of the organization. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and reports. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager (SPM) should have :
- Proven experience in construction project management within the business services industry.
- 8-12+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.
- Strong tenure at previous employers is appreciated.
- Large design build project experience in excess of $25M in value.
- Someone who can hit the ground running.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
