Senior Project Manager
Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The lead on a particularly large project ($45M) upon starting. Mentor more junior members of the organization. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays promptly. Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and reports. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
