Job Description

• Develop Tailored Therapy Plans : Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions : Employ evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Team up with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers : Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapy methods to bolster ongoing progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress : Keep track of clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success.
