KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Face of the Brand
- Meet weekly wth the Executive Board, other Brand GMs, and plant Leaders
- 25-30% engaging with Customers, sales, giving tours, etc.
- P&L budget of up to $21MM
- Engaging & being visible with all employees
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic & Financial Leadership : (develop & execute business strategies aligned with company goals, full P&L responsibility, and analyze financial statements & operational metricsSales & Business Development : identify & pursue business opportunities by collaborating with sales & marketing teams to develop pricing strategies & customer proposals and represent the company in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.Operations Management : ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsTeam Leadership : lead, mentor, and develop department managers and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance by setting clear goals, providing consistent & regular feedback, and supporting professional growthCustomer & Supplier Relations : Continuing to build & maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations, but also resolve issues proactively.Technical Oversight : guide tooling, mold design, and process optimization, and also stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Leverage and support IQMS (ERP) activities to drive business processes and ensure proper execution by all participating departments.QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree within an Engineering or other related industry discipline requiredMinimum 10 years’ experience in the plastics manufacturing industry7 years’ experience in management; motivates the team to realize and exceed goalsExperience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality systemsDemonstrated experience in implementing continuous improvement, lean, or other process improvement techniques.COMPENSATION :
