GSOC Operator
Control Risks is seeking to hire a GSOC Operator to provide support for one of our premier clients. The Operator will work in a 24 / 7 / 365 security call center environment, creating tactical intelligence products to ensure the protection and risk mitigation of our client's assets, executives, and operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Serve as first point of contact for the client's global community supporting a 24 / 7 / 365 security call center environment.
- Monitor CCTV, life safety systems, access control, company assets, world events and / or incidents, events, and on-site executive protectee movements in order to identify and mitigate risks to the client.
- Conduct travel security tracking and response management for all global employees (in partnership with ISOS).
- Respond to and action alarms at client offices.
- Dispatch and monitor the security guard force to support safety and security operations.
- Utilize the client's mass communication systems to notify employees during emergency events.
- Respond to incidents and requests for assistance from the client's community.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders in a wide variety of areas including in emergency and crisis situations.
- Execute procedures, as directed by GSOC leadership and the client's Safety and Security management to enhance safety and security at the sites.
- Develop tactical intelligence reports and security plans as directed.
- Assist with maintaining threat assessment and management information and records.
- Monitor travel tracking systems for impacts to life safety for all client employees.
- Support the Shift Supervisor and Manager in the completion of necessary tasks.
- Perform various safety and security tasks, as directed by client management.
