Senior Endpoint Cybersecurity Engineer (Castle Rock)

Compensation : $110-130k

Location : Castle Rock, CO

Position : Senior Endpoint Cybersecurity Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Endpoint Cybersecurity Engineer to join their team!

This role plays a critical part in protecting endpoints and overall security posture. Its a mix of hands-on security operations, endpoint engineering, and strategic cybersecurity work. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team, drive security improvements, and work with modern tools in a forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities :

Operating, tuning, and maintaining endpoint security tools.

Investigate and resolve security incidents.

Manage and secure endpoint management platforms (SCCM / MECM & Intune).

Handle daily operational tasks : patching, vulnerability remediation, log review, and health monitoring of all security solutions.

Conduct and participate in vulnerability assessments, audits, and penetration testing activities.

Deploy, integrate, and configure new security tools and enhancements.

Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on security posture and trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, IT risk, IT compliance, or similar environment.

Hands-on experience with SCCM / MECM and Microsoft Defender.

Experience with KnowBe4 security awareness training.

At least one cybersecurity certification (Security+ preferred).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience :

Intune experience.

Managed SIEM service experience.

Experience with Proofpoint and Patch My PC.

Exposure to or experience with a Managed SOC.

NIST certifications or framework experience.
