Best Point is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist that is responsible for planned and systematic activities intended to assure or improve the quality of operations and services. The specialist collects, organizes, analyzes, monitors, and distributes information related to quality functions, including but not limited to compliance with and / or documentation of quality management standards, such as accreditation and regulatory requirements. The specialist identifies trends and improvement opportunities and consults with staff. The specialist typically generates reports using computer skills and distributes those reports to various stakeholders across the organization.
