Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $50.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions.
Oversee candidate tracking and ensure accurate workflow management within the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and staffing agencies.
Negotiate and manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor performance.
Provide strategic support to hiring managers and leadership to meet talent acquisition goals.
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever; as well as previous experience with Paycom or Rippling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
Qualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior background within industries such as museums, arts, education, or entertainment.
Proven ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Skilled in negotiating agreements and managing vendor partnerships.
Resilient, adaptable, and skilled at balancing multiple roles within an evolving organization.
