P6 Planner / Scheduler

We are seeking a P6 Planner / Scheduler for assignment in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will perform planning, scheduling and validation on EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences and Bio-Pharma industries.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm

This position is on-site. Candidates must have Primavera P6 experience in order to be considered. Pharma experience is required (i.e. Merck, Eli Lilly, J&J, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Amgen, Roche, Spark).

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates multi-company interactive planning sessions
  • Creates, updates and analyzes CPM schedules and recommends work-arounds and schedule improvement ideas
  • Communicates schedule status on a regular basis via formal and informal meetings and reports
  • Interacts with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule
  • Collaboratively work with PM and CMs using the schedule as a tool to help deliver the project on schedule
  • Coordinate the project's earned value system with schedule updates

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 15+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience on EPC projects
  • Experience working inside the Primavera P6 scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis / Acumen Fuse
  • Experience with interactive planning sessions
  • Ability to develop schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written and verbally
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Pharma experience is required (i.e. Merck, Eli Lilly, J&J, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Amgen, Roche, Spark)
