Knowledge and Skills Required :

- Handles sensitive matters courteously and with professionalism. When appropriate, can escalate to leadership for proper awareness and / or resolution.

- Adapts quickly to change and balances multiple priorities in a fast paces environment.
- Thoroughly documents all interactions and consistently update consumer records in relevant technology system.
- Exhibits a desire to continuously learn, improve service delivery, and work in a team environment.
- Ability to schedule for multiple department / service areas in all hospital / outpatient departments
- Ability to schedule various testing including but not limited to procedural scheduling including anesthesia cases.
- Perform other duties as assigned by department leaders.
Qualifications and Experience :
High School Completion or equivalentPrevious clerical / physician office trainingEpic / EMR 1 Year experienceMedical TerminologyComputer Literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to function in a fast-paced call center environment. While maintaining a respectful, caring, and professional manner.Previous registration or scheduling experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOverview
