Pay : $80-$90 / hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join the inpatient pharmacy team. The Pharmacist plays a key role in supporting patient care through accurate medication preparation, therapeutic guidance, and collaboration with the clinical team. This position ensures safe, effective, and evidence-based use of medications in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, dispense, and verify medications with accuracy and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Provide medication-related expertise and guidance to physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff.
• Monitor and evaluate patient drug therapies, including dosing, kinetics, and therapeutic appropriateness.
• Make individualized therapeutic recommendations based on patient condition and clinical evidence.
• Educate patients on medication use, dosing, side effects, and interactions.
• Support inpatient pharmacy operations across various hospital units as needed.
