Quality Inspector

What does a Quality Inspector do at Fiserv

As a Quality Inspector you will perform in-line inspections and basic machining / assembly tasks to confirm parts meet engineering requirements and support production throughput. You will c onduct quality checks to verify that the inserted materials are accurate and separate any damaged mail.

What you will do :

• Perform a variety of inspection tasksvisual dimensional technical in-process and finalto ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
• Identify defects sort rework / scrap and complete nonconformance reports.
• Accurately process work transactions using PC-based systems; strong computer proficiency required.
• Escalate non-conforming items and support corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct minor maintenance and support major maintenance projects as assigned.
• Operate material handling equipment and use inspection tools including precision instruments.
