About the Opportunity

This is not your average PLS role. We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded North Carolina Professional Land Surveyor who is ready to take on leadership today and ownership tomorrow. Our client, a thriving, mid-sized surveying-only firm, is offering a clear path to partnership, including the potential for a structured buy-in with financial assistance from existing partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage diverse commercial land development projects, from 10,000-acre tracts on Lake Norman to high-rises in Charlotte, luxury homes on Kiawah Island, and everything in between.
  • Work on a wide variety of private-sector projects - no DOT work, no high-pressure highway jobs.
  • Collaborate with a talented team of survey professionals
  • Contribute to strategic growth decisions and, over time, step into a partner-owner role in the company.
