• Recruit and hire hourly employees to build a strong and effective team.
• Enhance employee retention to ensure maximum customer service and sales.
• Maximize sales and profits in the restaurant.
• Manage cash controls and uphold Company policies.
• Plan and execute local store marketing and promotional efforts to boost sales and guest traffic.
• Oversee food and paper inventory management, including ordering and accounting.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and provide exceptional leadership to employees.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Address guest complaints according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
