Plumbing Service Technician I

The Plumbing Service Technician I is responsible for performing small plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, assist with equipment replacements, and pipe installation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and clearing of sewer / storm piping.
• Emergency response to after-hour plumbing calls.
• Video camera inspections to properly diagnose problems and assess the situation appropriately.
• Hydro jetting procedures to clean, clear, and maintain sewer / storm piping.
• Assists service plumbers with installations and repairs.
• Schedules HVAC maintenance and cleaning.
