Job Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Implementation Consultant with extensive experience in SmartRecruiters and Avature to lead and manage the implementation process for a fully remote, 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems, driving process improvements and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure recruiting solutions using SmartRecruiters and Avature platforms.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Managaing tickets, verifying the questions are valid and case gets resolved
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones efficiently.
- Drive process improvements in recruitment operations.
- Provide training and support to users for a smooth transition to new systems.
