Description
The Analyst Business Systems Post Acute Managed Services plays a key role in supporting Lifepoint Health facilities by managing requests resolving incidents and providing technology support across clinical and business systems. This role contributes to the design implementation and optimization of technology solutions ensuring alignment with Lifepoint Health standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive support for Lifepoint Health facilities including troubleshooting system configuration and implementation of technology solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and upgrade of various systems ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with facility teams to set up and maintain system configurations review workflows and support go-live processes.
- Deliver training and guidance on clinical information systems ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Write and execute test scripts to validate system functionality efficiency and compliance including thorough documentation of testing results.
- Create and maintain system and business requirements documentation.
- Support data analytics needs for operations and HSC business owners.
- Respond to and resolve reported incidents ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Draft and distribute field communications related to system updates changes and support.
- Document and optimize workflows to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and fulfill duties assigned by leadership.
Required Skills & Experience :
Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.Background in information systems with hands-on experience in system configuration troubleshooting and implementation.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Teams and Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUPs and data crosswalks).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Other Duties :
