Provide first-level support to Sellers regarding loan inquiries and issues
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product bugs and improve processes
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience using a CRM tool to manage customer inquiries
Ability to understand escalation paths and triage customer needs effectively
Knowledge of business documentation and loan information
Familiarity with BSA / AML regulations and duties
Experience working remotely and collaborating via digital communication tools
