Job Description & Requirements

Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

StartDate : ASAP

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $2040.35 - $2235.70

Need HH PT traveler for 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Home Health

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT(Compact Accepted)

On Call : Yes 1 weekend a month

SSN Required

DOB Required
