Now Hiring: Civil CAD Drafter – Land Development
📍 Lehigh Valley, PA

A growing civil engineering firm in the Lehigh Valley is seeking a Civil CAD Drafter to support a variety of land development projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team working on impactful projects throughout eastern Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and plan sets for land development projects
• Draft site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, erosion & sediment control, and roadway plans
• Revise and update drawings based on engineer redlines and municipal review comments
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and project managers to meet project schedules
• Maintain CAD standards, layering, and file organization

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Civil CAD drafting experience, preferably in land development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Working knowledge of site design, grading, stormwater, and utility plans
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania municipal and land development standards is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
