A company is looking for an Enterprise Quality Control Processor.
Key Responsibilities
Perform standardized quality control reviews to ensure compliance with requirements and SLAs
Track and ensure timely reviews of departmental processes by auditors
Prepare and distribute reports while facilitating the exchange of information among departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Typing speed of 35+ wpm and ability to operate 10-key by touch
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax service or related fields
Hands-on experience with auditing and quality control processes
