Type : Full-Time | Uncapped Commission

  • Engage customers with confidence, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for our vehicles
  • Build lasting relationships and deliver a first-class buying experience
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to guide clients to the perfect vehicle
  • Exceed sales targets and drive dealership success
  • Stay ahead of trends and product knowledge in the ever-evolving automotive market

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven track record in automotive sales (3+ years preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, & closing skills (Be ready to Role-play)
  • Driven, self-motivated, & goal-oriented
  • Strong customer focus & a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Maintain Benchmark CSI
