Hampden, MA - PT evenings 7 days/week & mornings on Sat/Sun/Wed; personal care, dog in home, female caregiver wanted. May share client with other caregivers and/or take on other clients to achieve desired number of hours.

Mr. C in Hampden is looking for a female caregiver to help him in his home. This gentleman is needing a caregiver (who is okay with a dog in the home) to help him every evening 7 days per week from 6pm-9pm as well as Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings from 8:30am-11:30am. His needs include:

partial assistance bathing

full assistance dressing

standby assist with a hoyer lift

emptying of his foley bag

Requirements:

At least: either 1+ years of experience in direct care, nursing students, or newly certified

Experience with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.), and with hoyer lifts and foley bags

Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English & communicate verbally with clients, families, co-workers, and administrative staff

Reliable transportation, a current driver's license

Two valid forms of identification

Willing to submit to background checks

At least 2 professional references (not friends)

Willing to accept at least 1 shift e/o weekend

• We work with You to create a mutually acceptable work/client schedule. Work as much as 40 hours per week or as little as 4 hours per week. Flexibility is our best benefit!
