Job Details

Job Details

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on furnaces, ovens, quench tanks, conveyors, and other production equipment.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.

Assist in installation and setup of new machinery and production systems.

Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance logs and documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and safety.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or heat treat environment preferred).

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic wiring is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
