BCI~IT is hiring: Sr. UI Specialist in Orange County

BCI~IT provides comprehensive technical consulting and implementation services for a wide variety of industries within the world of information technology. We currently have the following consulting opportunity open with our direct client located in Orange County, CA. We are seeking a talented, motivated, and hard-working Sr. UI Specialist to join our team. Must have a deep understanding and be technically sound on different Angular versions (7-18), familiar with AG Grid, React, TypeScript, Rich text editor library, UI/UX development. Must be able to work a hybrid role in Orange County, CA. Must be a US citizen/GC-EAD/ OPT. No C2C/Subcontracting. No Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

• Development of new system components and enhancements to the existing codebase
• Direct interaction with business users to define, rollout, and support new platform features
• Detailed understanding of various aspects of business and operational processes
• Architecture, design, and coding; solving engineering challenges associated with large data processing volumes, complex calculation dependencies, horizontal compute scale vs centralized data storage, etc.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science required
• 3-8 years of hands-on UI/UX development with Angular versions (7-18), AG Grid, React (RxJs), NgRx, Rich text editor library, TypeScript, Figma, HTML5, CSS3
• 3-8 years of hands-on server application development experience in C# or Java
• Experience with WPF
• Experience in building distributed systems, multi-threading, and unit testing
• Working knowledge of data structures, design patterns & algorithms.
• Comfortable working within the Agile software development process
• Financial Industry experience is a plus, but not required if you are interested in learning the domain
• Excellent communication skills
