Travel Nurse RN - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care - $2,960 per week in Anchorage, AK

Ability to independently manage intubated patients and titrate pressors. Description : We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift position in the ICU. The shift hours are from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM. The unit has a total of 14 beds with approximately 8 RNs per shift. The nurse-to-patient ratios are 2 : 1 or 1 : 1 depending on patient needs. Equipment includes Alaris IV pumps and an electronic medical record system. Candidates should be familiar with common ICU procedures such as intubation, arterial line insertion, chest tube insertion, and central line insertion. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience recovering patients from open-heart surgeries. Navy blue scrubs are the required attire. Staff may float to other departments as per the staffing guidelines if necessary.
