A job that’s active, fulfilling, and just plain fun This part-time role has a starting rate of $20-$30 per hour (depending on experience) and allows you the flexibility to set your preferred schedule! Coach referral program of $100 for every coach you recommend that stays 60 days Retention bonuses at 6 and 12 months Seasonal Attendance Bonuses up to $250 Coach of the Month Bonuses Sponsored sports and first aid certifications Coach of the season and coach of the year awards Free programming for family and discounts for friends

We’re looking for awesome, energetic, and caring Soccer Coaches to lead our afterschool programs for kids ages 5–11 across the East Bay.
Whether you’ve coached before or you’re just getting started, we provide full training and support. All you need is a great attitude and a desire to make a positive impact.
