Requirements :
- I am looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in the field. Proficiency in Postman, API frameworks, and Manhattan ProActive API is essential. You should have over 5 years of experience with Manhattan WMS, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations of WMS Active. A strong background in global delivery models and collaboration with onsite-offshore teams across different time zones is required. Knowledge of SCI Reporting, Jasper Reports, and label generation is necessary. A deep understanding of Inbound / Outbound workflows, slotting optimization, and labor management gamification is required. Experience with host systems is mandatory; familiarity with WMS-D365 F&O integration would be ideal.
Responsibilities :
As the WMS Principal Engineer, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Associates Active WMS and possess comprehensive knowledge of various WMS processes and procedures. You will assist the core WMS / WES team in devising appropriate scenarios and features to meet the warehousing and logistics needs throughout our distribution network. Collaborating closely with business and IT management, you will define business requirements for new initiatives. You will model business and system processes based on use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models. Your role will include documenting the company’s current processes and recommending enhancements or alternatives. You will lead and conduct analysis, design, and troubleshooting for assigned projects and maintenance requests, ensuring the implementation of high-quality and scalable technical solutions.
