Penmac Staffing is hiring for an Assembly / Teardown Technician with a local remanufacturing company. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position offering steady hours and competitive pay. Shift and Pay

  • Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 6 : 00am–4 : 30pm
  • Pay : $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities for Assembly / Teardown Technician

  • Select and use proper tools for assembly and teardown tasks
  • Set up and operate specialized equipment, including manual and automated torque tools
  • Inspect parts and report defective materials or equipment to the Production Supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area for safety and customer presentation

    • Requirements for Assembly / Teardown Technician

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift / carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
  • Strong attention to detail to identify and correct imperfections
  • Knowledge of Haz / Com regulations and ability to maintain compliance
