Position Overview :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients while working under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician. Utilize your skills and training to enhance the well-being of patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patients' health to ensure optimal care.
• Administer medications while closely observing for any adverse reactions.
• Conduct laboratory tests and therapeutic services as required.
• Educate patients and families about their treatment plans, self-care after discharge, and available resources.
• Document patient encounters, including diagnoses, symptoms, discharge instructions, and prescriptions as provided by the physician.
• Transcribe orders for laboratory tests, radiology, and medications, ensuring that all patient records are complete for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate vital information regarding patient status.
• Maintain a safe and alert working environment.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support patient care.
