Compensation & Benefits

We offer a package that reflects the expertise you bring:

Compensation

• Target Annual Earnings (Base + Profit Share/Bonuses)= $110,000 – $135,000
• 401(k) with employer contribution
• Health, Dental & Vision

Time Off

• Up to 4 weeks PTO (including CE days)

Qualifications

You're a PT who wants to lead with integrity, create an amazing patient experience, and help your team grow.

Requirements:

• DPT or MSPT from an accredited program
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in your state
• 2–3 years outpatient ortho experience
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Passionate about evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
