As the Maintenance Supervisor , you will repair and maintain the apartment community and supervise, manage, and monitor the performance of all maintenance staff and vendors at the property.

To succeed, you should have :

• High school diploma (technical training preferred) and proven maintenance experience.
• Expertise in electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and property utilities.
• Familiarity with fire / safety systems and testing protocols.
• Knowledge of property vendors, suppliers, and contract processes.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills for team collaboration.
