Principal Function :

Sodexo Live! at Hard Rock Stadium is seeking a motivated and hospitable Premium food Runner. As a Premium Food Runner your role is essential in ensuring the seamless delivery of food and beverage orders to premium seating areas, luxury suites, or VIP sections.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food and beverage orders to premium seating areas, luxury suites, or VIP sections within Hard Rock Stadium.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of premium food items.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure all premium food items are properly prepared, plated, and presented.
• Ability to organize necessary food items based on Banquet Event Orders.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including table arrangement, linens, and décor.
• Ability to push hot and cold food items to designated locations and replenish food and beverage items as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food staging areas, delivery trays, and service equipment.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance while interacting with premium guests, providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications / Skills :

Required : Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting, is highly desirable.

Job Type : Part-Time | Event based

Shift : Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays. Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends and extended hours as business dictates.
