Job Description
Lead all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction and estimating through close-out. Prepare and review estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations. Develop project plans, assign responsibilities, and coordinate activities between office, field staff, and subcontractors. Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive project experience. Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract administration. Monitor project progress, financial performance, and risk management. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out packages. Foster collaboration and teamwork across internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of experience in construction project management with estimating responsibilities. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling. Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and MS Office Suite. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
