Position Summary :

AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Grand Prairie, TX that is an international pioneer in the aerospace industry. They are a leader in designing, manufacturing and delivering aerospace products, services and solutions to customers on a global scale. A commercial aircraft manufacturer, with Space and Defense as well as Helicopters Divisions, they are the largest aeronautics and space company in Europe and a worldwide leader.

The Senior Aircraft Technician - MAR is responsible for performing, overseeing, and certifying advanced maintenance, repair, and overhaul tasks on aircraft and associated systems.

Essential Functions :

  • Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, replacement, adjustment, and alignment of parts and components.
  • Conduct operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose malfunction or failures on the following aircraft systems : aircraft equipment furnishings, fire protection, fuel system, hydraulics, landing gear, doors, fuselage, stabilizer, rotor systems, power plant and engine controls.
  • Participate in flight tests on aircraft and log work to be performed, as required. Interface with customer for delivery; prepare for delivery inspection and any problems customer may discover.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of six (6) years of aviation maintenance experience.
  • Current A&P license OR 18 months of maintenance experience on Airbus manufactured helicopters.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Background in aviation maintenance on like type aircraft and systems.
