We are looking for an Entry Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of live events and brand activations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and working directly with people in fast-paced, on-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site preparation.
Support team leads with day-of event coordination and logistics.
Greet attendees and provide clear information about event activities.
Help maintain smooth event flow by guiding guests and managing activity areas.
Assist with organizing event materials, signage, and supplies.
Communicate schedules, instructions, and updates to team members on-site.
Support inventory tracking of event materials and promotional items.
Ensure event areas remain clean, organized, and professional.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
