Locally owned and operated CPA firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support daily operations client service bookkeeping and tax preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and values a collaborative professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare bank deposits and maintain time / billing records
Manage general ledger and perform monthly reconciliations
Prepare payroll tax reports and process income tax returns
Provide notary services as needed
Manage incoming / outgoing communications (email phone mail)
Perform general office support and administrative duties
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and customer service abilities
Compensation & Benefits
$22 - $24 / hour depending on experience
