Field Supervisor

Job Title: Field Supervisor Paint & Trim Division

Preferred Location: Kentucky

Alternate Location: Indiana (must be willing to travel regularly to Kentucky)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays

Reports To: Operations Manager / Office Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee residential paint and trim operations. This role ensures quality control, efficient scheduling, and clear communication between field teams, builders, and the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of homes in progress to monitor quality and completion.
• Assign and manage work schedules for paint and trim crews based on project timelines.
• Upload progress photos to the internal platform for documentation and reporting.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with builders and office staff.
• Identify, document, and resolve back charges promptly and effectively.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on-site.
• Assist with planning and logistics for materials and crew coordination.
• Be available for urgent tasks or site visits on Saturdays when needed.

Requirements

• Residence in Kentucky (preferred) or Indiana with willingness to travel.
• Prior experience supervising construction projects, especially in paint and interior trim.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic proficiency with digital platforms for uploading photos and reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred).
