Qualifications

Proven leadership success as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing environment

Experience managing a high-volume building with diverse acuity levels

Strong clinical judgment and regulatory knowledge

Ability to inspire, mentor, and hold teams accountable

Track record of driving quality outcomes and survey readiness

Collaborative leadership style — able to thrive with strong corporate support

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a large nursing team across multiple clinical departments

Maintain high clinical standards, regulatory compliance, and QAPI excellence

Drive staffing, training, and development initiatives

Develop and sustain a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care

Partner closely with the Administrator and senior support teams

Manage budget, staffing strategies, and clinical improvement plans
