We are seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to support capital markets, financial modeling, and investment analysis activities across a robust development and asset portfolio.
The Corporate Finance Associate will report directly to the Corporate Finance Manager and work closely with senior leadership, commercial teams, and external capital partners. This role will be responsible for project-level and corporate-level financial modeling, assisting with debt and equity financing, and preparing materials for investors, lenders, and joint-venture partners.
This is an analytical, deal-oriented role requiring strong modeling capability, comfort working with capital providers, and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Build, refine, and maintain detailed financial models for active development and operating assets.
- Conduct underwriting analyses, including discounted cash flow valuation, unlevered and levered return analysis, sensitivity and scenario modeling, and capital / operating cost forecasting.
- Update models as project assumptions evolve.
- Support project-level and corporate-level financing processes, including term sheet evaluation and capital structure optimization.
- Assist with debt financing modeling and lender / investor presentations.
- Support preparation of materials for equity sponsors, JV partners, and commercial lenders.
- Work with development, commercial, and technical teams to ensure financial assumptions reflect real-time project conditions.
- Present financial insights to internal leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
2–4 years of analytical finance experience : Investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, strategic financeAdvanced Excel financial modeling capability (DCF, structured multi-tab modeling, sensitivity analysis).Understanding of cash flow, debt sizing, capital structure mechanics, and returns analysis.Experience in power, energy infrastructure, midstream, LNG, utilities, or other large capital-project environments.Exposure to project debt financing and / or joint venture equity structures.Strong communication and materials preparation skills.
