Responsibilities include comprehensive patient care coordination through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards. You'll assess patient needs, develop and implement interventions, and engage patients and families in care planning while maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship.

Anticipate changes in patient conditions, collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, and promote patient safety by identifying risks and implementing preventative measures. You'll engage in quality improvement initiatives and support shared governance for enhanced patient outcomes.

Licenses & Certifications : Required Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees : Must have completed an accredited nursing program.

Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
