Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Java Developer for our client in the Consulting domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Location : Lansing, MI (Onsite)

Salary : $30.00-$33.00 / Hourly

Role : Java Developer

Primary Skills : Java

Role Description : The Java Developer must have 2+ years of experience.

Required Experience and Skills :

• Entry level Java developers-knowledge in Java and SQL.
• Familiarity in developing web applications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team setup
• Ability to learn and develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Java-based web applications.
• Be flexible and ready to engage in any research or development task as needed.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of experience

Relocation : This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel : No

Local Preferred : Yes

Note : Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
