Required Skills :

Must Have 47 years engineering experience (software data or AI / ML) Strong architecture fundamentals (cloud APIs integrations data flows) Hands-on experience with AI / ML tools LLM integration or automation work Experience working in delivery consultancy or project-based environments Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to execution Excellent communicator who can talk to both engineers and clients Nice to Have Insurance industry experience (claims underwriting MGA / MGU carrier) Experience in digital transformation or enterprise modernization Prior leadership experience (tech lead team lead or similar) Startup consultancy or ex-FAANG pedigree (or equivalent quality)
